Terms & Conditions
1. When registering for your World Advertiser free email account, it is assumed that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. The World Advertiser is authorised to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to its Users.
II. Service
1. the costs of connecting to the internet to use the World Advertiser webmail is the cost of the User.
2. The access program is supplied by the World Advertiser for the exclusive use of the User.
3. The World Advertiser respects the privacy of the User and will not check any data/e-mail stored by the User except in the case where legal obligations demand.
III. Duties of the customer
1. You as the User are indebted to not abuse this service by spamming. The User also agrees not to contravene any international laws in the use of this service.
2. All actions carried out with this service is the express responsibility of the User who accepts exclusively all responsilbity for those actions.
3. The User is responsible to protect his/her account from access by a third person by keeping his password secret and not disclosing it to others. If a third party were to penetrate the account and carry out illegal actions against both international laws and these terms and conditions, only the real User of the account can, and will, be held responsible for these actions.
4. Use of this service for spam is expressly prohibited and the User will be held responsible for damage upon its 'victim'.
5. If any of points III (1-4) are violated against, or any other terms within these terms and conditions, the World Advertiser is authorised, to delete, without prior notice, all data stored relating to the account or accounts of the User.
IV. Data protection
1. The World Advertiser will not pass on any registration data or information supplied by a User to a third party.
2. The World Advertiser is authorised to store registraton data of Users for its own administrative purposes and use of its subsidiary companies and supply it to a third party only when legalities demand.
