1. What is the Security Code all about?
Please type in the letters and numbers you see displayed in the graphic securtiy code. The security code ensures that no mass registrations can be made by software specifically developed for this purpose. Each registration is therefore manually checked to prevent spamming.

2. What is the Remember Me option for?
If you choose the 'Remember Me' option, then your login data is automatically stored for your next visit to the Spanish Advertiser email service. You will only need to click on the 'login' button next time and your data will automatically be inserted. This option is not recommended if you are using a public computer or share your computer with other users.

3. I don't agree with your Terms & Conditions. Can I still register?
All registration for our free email service requires that you consent to and observe our Terms of Business that are clearly shown when signing up for an account. Violation of these terms can lead to an immediate closing of your account. If you don't agree to our current Terms & Conditions, then unfortunately we cannot register you for our free email service.

4. Where do I find contact information for you?
Under the menu click on 'About'. Here you can find the contact information for the Spanish Advertiser who offer you this service.

5. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
First click on 'Password' in the lefthand menu. Insert your username for your email address you registered and click on 'OK'. The password you registered will be sent to the alternative email address you provide when signing up for your Spanish Advertiser email account. If you have no alternative email address then we cannot release the password automatically. In this situation you need to contact us directly so that we can help you.

6. The country in which I live is not in the list. What should I do?
If you cannot find the country you live in, then please choose 'Other Country'.
